I reached out at 2 pm to the number online after confirming this is a legitimate service, appreciative of the option of not having to navigate a hospital in Italy with poor Italian. I got an appointment for 30 minutes later via a video call. Dr. Ferreira da Cruz was professional, punctual, listened carefully to my symptoms (in perfect English) and agreed I had bacterial food poisoning from contaminated meat in Paris. He prescribed antibiotics, which I easily filled at one of the many Pharmacies in Rome, my fever was gone later that day, and the stomach cramps and diarrhea began dissipating the following day. I was able to finish my time in Rome with my kids comfortably and really appreciate that he saved my vacation!
